Pastor Rodrigo Jr. Repulleza also known as pastor “Bong”, is joyfully married to Eva, his partner in serving the Lord. Rodrigo is a former gangster, trouble maker, who was saved by the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ on May 3, 1998. After Rodrigo received the calling of God in his life, he became a long-time youth minister since 2003. Rodrigo pastored in the Philippines until the Lord called him to come to Canada in 2012 to be with his wife Eva. He started to connect with people through small bible study groups. He had the opportunity to go to Vision school for Mission and went to a short-term mission in the land of T in 2014. Pastor Rodrigo pioneered New Creation Church. He started a small Bible study group with one family, and the Lord let it grow. Pastor Rodrigo finished his Diploma of Christian Ministry at Bethel Bible College (Assemblies of God, Philippines), continuing his studies at Master’s College and Seminary before in Peterborough, now in Mississauga, currently taking up his Bachelor of Theology – Ministry Leadership. His background is in computer programming and loves to collect shoes, watch, books, pens and caps. His life-verse is Philippians 2:13 For it is God who works in you to will and to act according to His good purpose.

Eva is passionately serving with her husband, pastor Rodrigo @New Creation and continuously discipling people to become committed followers of Christ. She serves as the worship team lead and is very supportive of the core leadership team. Eva grew up in a Christian home, and her parents were pastors, but she did not have a personal relationship with the Lord Jesus until she reached high school. She realized that just because she is a pastor’s kid doesn’t mean that she also carries her parents’ salvation. Her life was never the same when she had a personal encounter with Jesus in a youth gathering on December 29, 1993. She got baptized in water and in the Holy Spirit in that event. Eva’s relationship with Christ continued to grow by His grace as she served the church in the children, youth and music ministries in the Philippines while undergoing intentional discipleship of her pastors and leaders. She came to Canada in 2007 as a caregiver and started to serve the Lord’s church again and had the opportunity to do a short term mission in P-land in 2014. She’s been to Vision school for Mission, also went to International School of Ministry (ISOM) to be more equipped with God’s word and currently taking up the Christian Life Program of Global University- School for Evangelism and Discipleship. Eva’s background is in the field of physical therapy and currently works as a psw in a long-term care facility. Eva loves to collect bags and fond of watching classified TV series. Eva’s life verse: Galatians 6:9 Do not be weary in doing good for at the proper time. You will reap a harvest if you do not give up.

Faye was born and raised in a Christian household yet grew up with secular influence. Church became a burden to her every weekend. She became complacent and apathetic in faith. But Faye personally encountered Jesus through a worship song. The Lord used it to turn herself into God, and Faye never slid back since. In every misapprehensions and slip-ups Faye went through, God did not record them. Rather, He accepted her with open arms. Currently, Faye is serving as one of the worship leading team members together with her husband, Bryan. She is also appointed as the Secretary and part of the core leadership. Life verse: Deuteronomy 31:6 He will neither leave you nor forsake you.

Edelma is serving as the church treasurer and passionate to teach children about Jesus, too. Her background is in the field of education. She loves to cook and a big fan of Raptors Edelma left her husband and son in the Philippines for work in Canada in 2009. She was very lonely, shy, and hypersensitive. But in her loneliest times, she personally encountered Christ and got water baptized a year after. Edelma’s life was transformed. After receiving Christ in her life, she was never the same. 6 years later, she got reunited with her husband and son. Now they are all serving the Lord together at New Creation. Edelma is now courageous to share God’s love and faithfulness with others. Life verse: Proverbs 3:5-6 Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways, acknowledge Him, and He will make your path straight.

Ruel is a family guy, married to his lovely wife Madel, and blessed with 3 beautiful children, Shekyenah, Seth, and Shiloh. Ruel is an epitome of servanthood, coordinating with the Ministry of Helps and with the Youth. Ruel came to know Christ in the Philippines thru his wife; one of the first fruits of discipleship of New Creation in Canada, and continues to seek the Lord deeply and serve the church faithfully. His professional background is in the field of pharmacy and currently working as a machine operator. Life verse: Romans 8:28-29

Madel Ballesteros is happily married to Ruel. God entrusted them Shekyenah, Jirehmy, and Shiloh. She was the first and former church Secretary but now, she is focusing more on being the prayer ministry coordinator to strengthen the prayer life of the N.C.C. family. Madel is one of the first members to start New Creation, and she has been with Pastor Rodrigo and Eva from the first Bible study group. Madel did not have any previous experiences to do the ministry, but as she obeyed God and served the church, the Lord is equipping and qualifying Madel to do the ministry responsibilities. Madel has a background in the field of education and phlebotomy. She loves cross-stitching and watching nature documentaries. Her life verse is 1 Cor. 2:9 However, as it is written: “What no eye has seen, what no ear has heard, and what no human mind has conceived”—the things God has prepared for those who love him”
